Does anyone know how to view an itemized bill of all charges online? I can only find a summary balance. I'd like to see costs for my set top boxes, programming, etc... Very frustrating.

Login to your account on verizon.net, click on "View Bill" along the right side (which brings up the summarized copy of your bill), then click on "View and Print Bill" and select "Online Bill" on the next screen and the month which you are wanting to view. This will bring up an online version of your paper bill which includes all the detail you are looking for, I suspect.
