I'm tired of waiting to speak to reps --the **bleep** hours wasted holy **bleep**! Only to be disconnected! Awful people awful service, they dont mean what they say --read your contracts very carefully as it wont match what youre told. Verizon is dishonest deceitful full of **bleep** and i will never use its services again.
