Why, when I sign into "my account", to pay my bill, do I have to wade through 10 pages of FIOS advertisments?

I do not want to order anything, bundle anything, or change anything. I just want to pay my bill and Get On With my life. Can anyone out there help.

Can't say I have the same experience .... if I hover over the "Account" option at the top of the screen here in the forums and from the drop down select "Payment", it takes me right to a screen where I can enter the amount I want to pay and select the account I have on file against which I wish to have the charge made. One more click and it brings me to a screen to confirm my payment.

What kind of "ads" are you seeing? These aren't popups and unrelated to FiOS or anything are they? If so, you could have a piece of malware potentially.

My experience is similar to lasagna's. Simple and quick. What link are you using to access the Verizon site to pay your bill?
