I have contacted Verizon twice through chat online and was assured a technician would be contacting me. Last summer Verizon installed Fios in my neighborhood. They dug up my yard and left it that way. I let it go and just tried to fill in the area with dirt. Thankfully I did take pictures though because now my paver driveway is caving in around the area where they tore my yard up. I will also try to call and get an address for Verizon but I sure hope someone will help me since this was definitely Verizon's fault that my driveway is now caving in.
