We have called at least 4 times to report this issue. About 3-4 months ago Verizon sent their contractors out to install FIOS in our area. We are not a Verizon customer, they tore up our lawn at our business to run the lines. There is nothing but dirt and when it rains it turns into a mud pit. It runs down the entire side of our building. On the other occassions that we called to report this, we were assured someone would get back to us. That hasn't happened, we just want this taken care of now.
