I am having trouble with no picture on my TV. I was on the phone with tech support for almost 2 hours. Problem is NOT solved. I am disabled and live alone. I tried my hardest to cooperate with the nice gentleman on the phone but could not resolve the issue. He offered to send me a new box and cables but as I said, I'm disabled and live alone. Plus the cords are so short I cannot access the DVR box that has all the connections.
Now after paying over $100.00/month since Novemeber of 2010 you want to charge me $80.00 to fix YOUR equipment!!!
I am very upset and will cancel my Verizon account/ If this is considered a small problem to fix as your tech support insinuates, then it should not be an issue for you to send someone out and fix it. I tried my very best to follow instructions but I am in so much pain, we reached a decision that it was unfixable for me.
After the nice tech support called his supervisor, the supervisor said that they would send someone out but that it was up to him if he would charge me or not. God help him if he does.
I would like to hear from someone at Verizon today or tomorrow. Paige, {edited for privacy}
