I recently moved to a new residence and had some issues with getting service set up. Afterwards, I was threatened with an unreturned equipment fee of $350 for a set top box I am still renting. I have called customer service 3 times, each time they promised to correct the bill, but it has not been corrected and my bill is due. Thankfully, my residence is Xfinity ready as well, so I can easily cancel FIOS if I can't get this corrected.
