I terminated the service with Verizon on June 13, 2015 after switching to Time Warner but Verizon still charges me for July and August services. I contacted Verizon numerous times and the last one I spoke to was Kim. She promised to investigate the issue but I still have not heard from her yet. Meantime, I can't sign up with Verizon wireless because of this outstanding bill. I guess Verizon does not need customers.
