I purchased the Verizon Black Friday deal, which offered me an Amazon Echo. The product was available after 31 days of installment, but after 31+ days, the emails which let me redeem linked me to my "My Verizon" page, where the redeem offer was no longer on the page. I'm not sure if I can no longer redeem my item, or if it's just hidden somewhere on the page.
