I recently subscribed to Fios. I was told that since I am a Verizon Wireless Customer, I would receive $10 off each bill every month. Well, I just received my second Fios bill and no credit was applied. When I called earlier in the month, I was informed that the credit would come off automatically and was nothing I personally had to do to get it. Is this true or do I have to fill something out?
