Having the same issue that many people are having. I signed up for new service, and was offered a one year free amazon prime and an echo. I have chatted online with several customer service representatives, and no one seems to help. They can verify that I am eligible for the offer, however, no one can figure out how to get the offer to me? I have spent countless hours on the phone with customer service, and it is going nowhere. Is there anyway this can be escalated?
