I was promised a 350 visa gift card upon signing up and I signed up more than a month ago. I'd like to know why? this was a big factor to me choosing Fios over the other companies in my area.
It took around two months for mine to arrive.
Maybe a quick call to billing support could get you a status update on when they'll be sending it for you?
