Verizon customer service

I switched from Spectrum. Verizon customer service is AWFUL. even when I ask for a call back I have to wait 59 minutes for a person to come on line. Is that anybody else's experience? The call quality is better, but that's because I have a higher speed internet which spectrum is now offering me if I go back.

Always go with your first impression. If you can get the same speed and services by going back, then do it.

Support service is always a hit or miss depending on the time of day, the weather conditions (the eastern United States has been hit with two great storms causing loads of damages, and another one on the way for Wednesday)
