Hoping someone can help me out here. I have a very old account that was written as a charge-off on my credit report by Verizon. This should not be on my credit report. I have paid this off. I have tried calling Verizon, but have been bounced around the phone over 2 hours. And no one can seem to help me. Can anyone help me get this removed from my credit report? I have a nearly perfect credit score, but this is one blemish, and it is seriously impacting my ability to get a mortgage for a home.
