amazon Echo redemption - where is the link

hi ,

i got this email to redeem the amazon prime membership and amazon echo , but all i see is the amazon Prime link . i was able to redeem the Amazon prime subscription but i dont see the Amazon Echo redeem link. i tried calling up , got forwared on calles for 4 times spend 1 hour with agent still nothing . can this be resolved.
