Can’t download movies

I’m in Vegas, hotel room, a long-time verizon customer (FIOS). I’m trying to download movie to my iPad. I get to 99% download and keep encountering error Content Management FM0066. What is that and why am I getting it? I thought the big selling point of FIOS is being able to download content to any device, at anytime.

I didn't think any way to download movies.

Maybe for those that you have purchased.

A content management error would suggest to me that there is a problem with installing a license (or protecting) the video content which was downloaded. Just a guess though.

Your iPad and app are both up to date, correct?
