Well, I guess I should have done my research on Verizon before I was sucked into their prepaid Visa card scam. Had I gone online I would have found HUNDREDS of complaints about other customers with the same issue. Not only have I not received my prepaid card, but I have been directly LIED to by the Verizon reps. I have been given by no less than 3 people, dates that my gift card was supposedly sent. When I call back after the suggested two weeks of not receiving it, I'm told that they're not sure why I was given a different date...but it is scheduled to go out on (enter date of your choice here). I have now received 3 different dates that this card was supposedly sent and I have participated in between 7 and 10 conversations with Verizon. I guess they think if they waste enough of your time, you'll just give up. When I try to get some answers, I get the same response most of you have posted..."I'll have to transfer you to another department (that won't help you either)."
