Dear Verizon agent,
Please remove the negative account, owing $119, that you have reported to the credit bureaus. I had service with Verizon for about three years starting at age twenty one which is 16 years ago and that account was closed without a balance. I have had a company phone ever since (16 years under Verizon service but under my employers account). Did Verizon open an account without my authorization? Please remove asap. I would really appreciate it.
