When I start viewing a show provided in high definition, then stop or exit the video, I only get options to "resume in SD" or "restart in SD". No HD options are available. I tried rebooting the box, but it still remembers the video was played and only gives me the SD options. There is no "switch to HD" option available when the video is playing. How do I get back to seeing the video in HD?
