Long story short:
I was offered, on my account portal, to extend for 2 years at $34.99. (I have been a customers for years already and have enjoyed it).
I agreed to it, after consulting with a Chat Reprepsentative (I have screen shots of everything).
Placed order and it is showing $42.99 currently. The rep said he or she placed a request to cancel and I would receive comfirmation within 24 hours (placed yesterday). I HAVE MY OWN ROUTER. I WAS PROMISED NO ETF FEES.
I RECEIVED NO COMFIRMATION...CANT CONTACT A HUMAN. LOCKED IN 2 YRS MORE AT HIGHER RATES... WAS I JUSTED LIED TO? WHY AM I REDIRECTED TO ROBOTS?
IF I JUST GOT HAD, WHO DO I ESCALTE THIS TO? THIS SHOULDN'T BE SO FRUSTRATING TO EXISTING CUSTOMERS!
Has anyone ever faced this? I feel misled.
