Ever since signing up for paperless billing I am only recieving bank notices of bill arrival every other month. Problem actually began before paperless billing which is why I signed up for same. Everyone I have been able to find at VZ blames bank. Bank and the vendor for interface w VZ say VZ not sending bill. If you look at bank billing history, bill is missing every other month. please help. Or just give me someone to speak with that listens and cares. We are approaching a year of my overpaying the bill, or bill not getting paid.
