I have been without phone service since 4/2/17; High Speed Internet down to a crawl. I called on 4/3/17; given "earliest" repair date 4/7/17 by 9:00 PM. Was told it was a Verizon line problem, so I did not need to be at home. All I want to do is verify the Repair Status, but that site only works if you have FIOS. I cannot find anywhere I can ask this simple question on line. Funny thing...what worked was my payment on 4/3/17. As my call was handled by a robot, I am concerned that no one will show up on Friday. Maybe Verizon, my Internet provider, is busy looking for customers to share my search history with!
Does anyone know how I can verify my repair appointment on line?
