Why 50mbps?

i have 50 Mbps scheme in fils, but it is veryyyyyyyyyyyyy dead slow connection
I checked with Verizon/speedtest it shows 2mbps
Why huge difference?
Better Verizon say truth it is 5 mbps plan 😓">😫

Are you testing with an ethernet cable plugged from the Verizon router to your computer when you get those speeds?
