I click the redeem button in the emails and i cannot redeem the discount on the products when logged in. I have talked to 2 seperate customer support people who ha e assured me they would call me back and resolve the issue. Verizion has basically ripped me off by promising this promotion and then not honoring the $200. If this wasn't a scam they would just credit my account $200 since their product redemption discount isn't working. They are ripping off their customers.
