I WAS THEN TOLD BY ADAM OF TUSCON CALL STATION THAT HE WAS TOLD BY A SUPV TO GIVE ME A 1 MONTH CREDIT FOR THE LAST 2 MOVIES. I ASKED TO BE PASSED TO THE SUPV AND WAS TOLD THAT IF HE DID THAT, THAT I WOULD PROBABLY LOSE MY CREDIT. I SPOKE TO THE SUPV LUIS ALSO FROM TUSCON AZ CALL CENTER. I WAS WANTING A CREDIT FOR ALL THE MOVIES THAT HAVE BEEN CHARGED TO MY ACCT. HE SAID IT COULD NOT BE DONE. I SAID I WAS ALREADY GIVEN A CREDIT FOR THE LAST MONTH AND HE SAID THAT IF THAT WERE THE CASE THAT IT WOULD BE INVALID AND WOULD NOT TAKE PLACE. SO BECAUSE YOU CAN'T FIGURE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS I AM TO PAY FOR IT. THERE SEEMS TO BE APPROX $50+ IN CHARGES. LUIS SAID THAT HE IS ALSO IN CHARGE OF RETENTION AND COULD CANCEL THE ACCT IF I SO WISHED.
