Fios TV Bill

I am so erkd that I am being charge for two bills by verizon. Verzion will have youmon hold for the longest and can not hold on when a customer ask them too. ooooooooooooooooooooooh! This is so frustrating that I can not get ahold of anyone and Verzon expects you to pay the full bill, but when you threten to disconnect your setvices they are so fast to tell you that there is a contract fee. The verizon computer system sucks.

My first bill was off a bit and I decided to go to a local Verizon store and they took care of it promptly. Perhaps if you

have a local Verizon store in your area (not Verizon wireless!) that they can help you with your billing as well.
