I can't get closed caption to work. I did what needs to be done. I checked off cc1 and saved it. It said OK but there is no closed caption.
Does that happen on all channels?
What model STB do you have?
When you say you checked it off, where did you do that?
There is a cc button on remote to turn it on and off.
