Vizio sound turns off have to press av button to get back to HDMI 3 to turn back on. TV 4 or 5 years old but has had problem last 3 years. I have switched out cables and tried all different ports.

Do you have more than 1 box?
If so, can you swap them around to see if it follows box or TV?
