I received an email yesterday for a link to redeem my Amazon gift card, but when I log in I only see the link to the Amazon Prime and Echo offers. I contacted customer service yesterday and after an hour on chat I was redirected to call Parago, which turned out to be an automated service for the Verizon Visa Gift Card, with no possibility of speaking to anyone, and no option regarding the Amazon gift card. Can anyone help please? Thank you.
