Do Cable Cards need to be Registered through a FiOS router, when setting up New TV + Internet Service or will my own router suffice?
No cable cards don’t need a Verizon router but if you are using a TiVo the newer ones use MoCA for internet access which the Verizon router would provide. Otherwise you will probably need ethernet from you router to your different TiVo boxes.
