Vh1 is saying not subscribed on my tv and online although I have the lifestyle and reality package it should be there. Verizon is sending me in circles with no help 😞 has anyone had this issue?
Does it happen on more than one STB?
Have you tried reseting STB?
Or tried the Fix FIOS TV Issues under Support menu?
