is there anything else need to be done to be able to watch TV on the tablet beside downloading the app?
What model tablet do you have?
App does not work on some older Kindle tablets.

I'm having a similar problem on my iPad 4th Generation.
I have an iPhone 6, an LG G-Pad, and an iPad 4th Generation. On the iPhone 6 and the G-Pad, the app works flawlessly, but on the iPad, it keeps freezing.
I ran a diagnstic in the "help" menu and the iPhone and G-Pad come up event free, but the iPad comes up telling me that I don't have enough bandwidth.
Note that I am using my home-wifi for all testing purposes for consistancy. I also have my iOS up to date and the latest version of the FiosMobile app.
