Pretty disgusted. After several tries last week i was able to access showtime anytime. This weekend- i kept getting message to subscribe to fios which i do with subscription to Showtime. Called customer service and after 30 minutes oh hold i got connected to rep who disconnected my call. Called again and sat on hold and finally gave up. Totally disgusted with Fios. Totally disgusted. Called to cancel serivce and they had me sit on hold for 30 minutes. Will call tomorrow to cancel.
