Promotional Points not showing

I signed up for the Phone/TV/Internet and was supposed to recieve a sum of Rewards points (I believe 250,000?) during the sign up. I have no recieved them and they are not showing as pending. I have paid my first bill and confirmed my email, not sure why they are not showing up.

I have the same issue. Points for 6 months never reflected on my account. I have points that are expiring that I would love to use. All I got was an email stating that they are aware of this issue and will get back to me. 14 days and counting.
