All of my recorded show have disappeared from my log... The indicator says 95% full yet the log list says no recordings. Is there a way to reset my box and retrieve all recorded shows that should be appearing in the log?
Not sure what you mean by log?
Do you mean the list when hit DVR?
Try just a power reset of the DVR.
Yes the log where all recorded shows are listed. An the bar/indicator which reflects capacity appears my DVR states its 95% full yet recorded shows aren't appearing. I've attempted a power reset twice
What model DVR do you have?
Have you tried the fix FiOS TV issues under the support menu?
