Help! If I rewind or go forward and then hit play the play button is not responding. Sometimes it works if I hold it down sometimes not at all. This is on all of our boxes (4). Soem worse than others. Batteries are good, all have been rebooted, unplugged and I've use the in-home agent.
Does anyone have a solution for this mess?
