The "online bill history" [supposedly] allows you to select any month (within 12 months) and download format. When I select the month and choose the Excel option, it only downloads the "current" month. What is wrong?

Just a guess here, the excel is not compatible. I would download as adobe .pdf
this way it’s viewable and printable.
