"American Gods" not found in online DVR manager?

"American Gods" was not found in online DVR manager so I couldn't record it. The Verizon FIOS web page chat help was useless (gave a non-sensical message and recommended I go to Chat help to get help). Verizon is just truly pathetic for stuff like this. Where can I report problems like this?
