I had Vios installed last month, my previous provider was cable vision, quite frankly I do not see a difference with the picture quality. The set top box locks up frequently. When i call customer service, after waiting 20 minutes on hold I am asked the same questions about the box, did I reboot it. When the equipment was installed The technician utlized the same cabling that was here for cable vision. When I asked about installing new wiring for fios, I was told the current cable would suffice. The issue is getting progresively worse. I am not impressed with Fios.
