I applied double play with 2 years agree on the web , and I got verizon's confirmation that said All One Time Charges are Fee waived.
I attached copy of confirmation.
But on my bill, Fios TV Activation Fee $23.33 ($69.99 payment 1 of 3) is charged.

First I applied on the web and sent my ID to customer center, but he lost my ID fax and I refax it.
And he reenrolled my information and I doubt that he made a mistake of TV activation fee.

And I called the customer center to ask him to amend the bill, but he did not.
I visited verizon store last week, I heard that if I applied on the web, all activation fee will be free.

Should I pay the TV Activation Fee this time?
