I had my service suspended for vacation from Jan to May without my permission
fios started my service back in March. when questioned about early start ,
fios stated I requested it. I did not , They have to written communications from me , just stated Someone logged onto my ac count and asked for it. I did not , I go to Florida every winter. I had switched to Fios because Optimum cable had no vacation suspend
After many attempts I paid unfair bill. I AM going to switch back to Optimum cable
This company has terrible billing and customer support
