I tried to go through the online agent; however, I have an m-card with NO set-top box. That was even an option. Now I've got crappy, crappy pictures that pixelate; some channels are worse than others. The online chat is busy, and, when I click on the option to call, that goes away.
What gives Verizon? I'm giving you lots of $$, and you can't take time to talk to me?
