Is there any way I can switch my 2 Cisco boxes for VMS boxes without Quantum? I’m trying to have the option of upconversion to 1080p for the 4K TV I bought.

I beleive Verizon offers MRDVR service (so would be 2 tuners).
It may very well cost more.
Call Customer Services to ask.
Maybe tell them you want access to NetFlix as it is only offered on VMS.
