when watching a DVD, is there a way to use the remote to make the picture bigger so it fits the entire TV screen?
That would be a function of your TV.
Would need to use your TV remote for any size function.
Usually that's a setting on the TV, often called "aspect". If you change the aspect setting for watching the DVD, you may have to change it back to restore what you have for other viewing, depending the TV.
thank you - I'll try to figure it out. On my old DVD player, there was a "zoom" button on the remote to increase the picture 2x or 3x.
