Been calling to see where my tech is and said I would receive a call back at 950am. Never called me back. It's now 1020am Still no tech or call back. I have called 4x already seeing what can be done. I'm wasting my day here.
This is on top of Verizon not putting my apartment # in my account so I had to get it fixed and shipped me the equipment to set install which is not possible if you have fios gigabit service. the new rep tried to fix it and made a duplicate order so after a few hours on the phone realized it errored out both orders since you can't have 2 same services at one address Another rep had to fix it. All in all, over 5 hours wasted on the phone and 2 weeks of no tv or internet since I cancelled time Warner thinking It would be plug and play.
