how many months are you going to ask me to take that darn survey !!!???
every time i sign in to my email - i have to go and click the box to get rid of the survey- GET THE HINT !! i dont want to take the survey!!
and you should know that by now - add another line to your programming ... "IF a customer clicks NO on the 'take survey' button over 100 times .... THEN... DONT ASK HIM AGAIN"
