I'm having issues with returning equipment. I have a return email confirmation from 6/12 my equipment was returned/recieved but I just got another email that I haven't returned yet and my account still showing I haven't returned?

This is something that happens a lot. Google it and read for yourself.
i would after trying to get the customer service at 1-800-VERIZON to remove it file a complaint with your states Public Utilities Commission or Public Service Commission in your state. Google it for phone number. Have them handle it. They regulate Verizon and other utilities in your state.
