The technician was suposed to come yesterday but never showed. I have tried every other possible method to contact Verizon but none of the phone numbers go anywhere. Please help! I wasted a half day of work to sit at home for nothing.

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately this is a peer to peer forum, we're Verizon customers here just like you. Verizon's main support number should be 1-800-837-4966.
Have you tried Verizon's support on social media? They seem to be pretty responsive most of the time.
