I received a cell phone call stating that I was behind in paying my verizon accounts. (Cell, land line, and Fios)
I called in and paid using my Visa card and later found that they were billing to an address in another county, even though I have been a customer for many years.
One month later, I called in because there was still no bill, and was told that I do not have a phone or any services.
I was however, able to get a hold of accounting and again pay $112, bringing the account currect on the phone system and computer that I supposedly do not have. Keep in mind that I am calling them on the same system.
Now when I try to "contact" for assistance it says that my password is incorrect, and offers to send a text to a phone number that is not my own.
Any ideas?
