I am writing to see if I can resolve this issue with my account. When I moved into a new building this past December (2016), I was promised a credit to my account for set-up of my FiOS account. I chose this service over Xfinity becuase of the incentive for no setup fee. I never received a credit for my account, and I have since paid the almost $100 setup fee even though it put me behind on payments. I have emails with the VEC agent dating back to December 27, 2016 with subsequent reminders from my end each month since. I am incredibly frusrtated with this agent's lack of responsiveness, and it has soured my experience with FiOS to date.
